Intercom
Intercom is a user-facing web chat solution that allows access to automated responses, support and sales staff, and can be used for site-wide messaging for announcements and knowledge base articles.
Using this integration requires a paid subscription to Intercom. Full details of Intercom's pricing and functionality can be found on Intercom.com.
There is only one value that is required to enable the Intercom integration, which is the Intercom Workspace ID. To find your Workspace ID, follow these steps outlined in Intercom's Documentation. Once you've got it, simply paste it into the Intercom ID field and Intercom will automatically load on your LMS site.
Please note that enabling Intercom on your site will disable access to the Appsembler support chat system in your LMS, as only one Intercom widget can be active on a page at a time, and yours will take priority. The Appsembler support chat will still be accessible in your Dashboard and Studio pages.
